Junior Novice Program

For those new to rowing. No experience required.

Program Overview

The Junior Novice Program is for those who would like to learn to row and become part of the VCRC Junior program. Athletes will learn to row in coastal and pontoon singles, moving to racing singles when comfortable and safe. This program is designed for athletes grade 9 and up. All pontoon singles will be reserved for this program so if you are not comfortable in a racing single, this program is for you!
