Fun & Fit
Program Overview
The Junior Fun & Fit program is for those who already know how to row and would like to row for fitness and fun. Athletes will work on the aerobic fitness as well as core strength, mobility and foundational movement skills. This program is suitable for experienced rowers who have a busy schedule and for rowers who are graduating out of the novice program and looking to advance further.
