Row for Life (12-18 years)
Commitment: 3 days per week
LTAD stage: Learning Train, Active for Life

The Row for Life program is designed for those who love rowing and want to continue to develop their rowing skills and general fitness, but who are not interested in racing. Athletes in the Row for Life program are welcome to register for one of the competitive programs in the future.

Prerequisite: athletes must have completed an Introduction to Rowing, Youth Summer Camp, High School rowing program or equivalent. VCRC is happy to arrange private lessons for athletes who do not meet the prerequisite.
 

Practice Schedule:  M,W,F 4:00-6:15 pm
