  • Now that you have completed an Introductory program, do you want to keep rowing? Join the Adult Introduction to Club Rowing. This program is a bridge to year round rowing at VCRC.

Emphasis will be on building technical ability and aerobic capacity in structured training, primarily in small boats (1x, 2x, 4x).  Hands on and direct coaching will enable participants to improve all elements of the rowing stroke, as well as improve fitness and strength.

This program runs 3 structured sessions per week. Participants may also join the club adult members at the Sunday morning Social Row and the adult ergometer sessions, at no charge! Attendance at all practices is not mandatory, but we encourage participants to attend as many as possible.
