If you are doing a spring session, it is best to dress in layers (not too baggy though) and bring a toque. Tights, warm socks and a zip-up jacket or lightweight fleece over other layers are also recommended. For summer sessions, shorts, socks, and a t-shirt are recommended along with a lightweight zip-up jacket. Sunscreen, sunglasses, hats and a water bottle are always a good idea! Remember this is a water sport, so be prepare for the potential to get wet!
